About Us
Reemotely is looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our growing team in Yogyakarta. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals looking to switch careers and gain hands-on experience in HR practices within a global remote-work environment.
As an HR Intern, you’ll support our team in end-to-end recruitment cycle e.g. sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for international clients, while learning the HR practices and company culture.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates across various platforms.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
- Support in drafting and posting job advertisements.
- Help maintain recruitment databases and documentation.
- Learn and contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Fresh graduates or career switchers are welcome.
- Must be free from university classes (able to commit full-time, 40 hrs/week).
- Reside in Yogyakarta is preferrable.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about HR and recruitment.
