Job Description
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee data in HRIS and internal databases.
- Support the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process.
- Help organize and manage HR documentation such as contracts, letters, and personnel files.
- Assist in attendance, leave, and overtime tracking.
- Support in preparing HR reports and operational data tracking.
- Coordinate with employees and internal teams regarding HR administrative matters.
- Assist in ensuring HR operational processes are in line with company policies and labor regulations.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
- Support the preparation of payroll data
- Participate in HR-related projects and process improvements as needed.
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related major.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Able to handle confidential information professionally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Adaptable in fast pased environment
- Willing to learn and proactive in supporting the team.
- Able to commit to the full internship period.
- Previous internship or organizational experience in HR/administration is a plus.
