Job Description
What You’ll Learn & Do:
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities
- Assist in learning & development programs and initiatives
- Help analyze HR data and reports
- Contribute to content creation for internal communication and employer branding
- Get exposure to end-to-end HR operations in a retail environment
Requirements
- Final year student or recent graduate in HR Management, Psychology, or Business Management
- Comfortable working with Excel (you love a good spreadsheet!)
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Creative mindset and able to use design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
- Prior internship or project in HR? That’s a big plus!
