Job Description
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes to fulfill store manpower requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely and quality hires.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and performance of our retail workforce.
- Handle employee relations and address HR-related queries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience as an focus on recruitment and training, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup, balancing remote and on-site responsibilities.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail
- Location : Medan
