
Job Description
- Recruitment & Selection: posting job vacancies and screening resumes, interviews and coordinate with candidate
- Maintain applicant databases and recruitment records
- Prepare employement contracts
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and organize HR documents in compliance with labor regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR (fresh graduates with internships are welcome to apply).
- Experience in handling recruitment, employee data, and HR administration is a plus
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
