Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the entire HR function, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, and Industrial Relations.
2. Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with the company’s vision and growth plans.
3. Partner with senior management to create a high-performance culture and employee retention strategies.
4. Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements and industry best practices.
5. Build and mentor a high-performing HR team.
Requirements
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years of proven experience as HR General Manager or Division Head in the F&B Restaurant Industry.
2. Strong track record in driving HR strategies and delivering measurable results.
3. In-depth understanding of HR operations and employment regulations in Indonesia.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
