Job Description
- Monitor all HR processes related to DC employees (Attendance, Payroll, BPJS, Insurance)
- Coordinate with internal/external parties related to the needs of DC employees
- Responsible for DC personnel recruitment process
Requirements
- Candidate must own at least a Bachelor Degree from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00)
- At least 2 - 3 years of experience as HRGA Supervisor or similar role is required for this position
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Willing to be placed in Sumatra (Bukittinggi)
- Experienced as an HR generalist or related position is a plus
