Job Description
- Manage BPJS and employee benefits administration, including registration, take-out, data updates, reporting, billing, and submitting payment requests to Finance.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports and employee attendance recaps.
- Draft HR-related documents such as employee contracts and official letters.
- Support other administrative tasks within the HR scope as needed.
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Interested in administrative HR tasks, particularly BPJS, employee benefits, and payroll.
- Proficient in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) or Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently.
- Willing to work remotely with flexible working days and hours (Monday to Saturday).
- Has a stable internet connection for effective communication and coordination.
- Previous internship or organizational experience in administration or HR is a plus.
