Job Description

Main responsibilities will be taking in charge of end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and training—especially for outlet and key operational staff. You’ll also help ensure HR administrative data is accurate and contribute to performance reviews and reporting, working closely with our operations team.

  • ⁠Minimum 2 years of experience in HR (internship experience counts)
  • ⁠Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ⁠A people-person who thrives on connecting with others and building bridges between employees and the company
  • ⁠Independent, yet a great team player
  • ⁠Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Familiar with HRIS or other HR tools? That’s a big plus!
  • ⁠⁠Able to WFO 3x in Bintaro area & WFH 2x in a week
