Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the whole recruitment process cycle runs smoothly.
- Coordinating with managers regarding the selection process schedule and comparison of candidate results
- Responsible for creating and updating weekly, monthly, and annual recruitment reports.
- Maintaining employee reports and data for Talent Management.
- Analyzing training needs for employee development.
- Monitor training effectiveness and maintain employee development records.
- Support job analysis, job description development, and competency mapping.
- Analyzing and updating Organization Structure.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment, learning & development, or OD.
- Solid understanding of Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) techniques.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Fluent in English is an advantage.
- Fast learner, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
