Job Description
Job Summary
You will support the Employee Services & HR Helpdesk team in handling claim administration, document verification, data entry, filing, and claim monitoring.
Job Description:
- Support claim document administration and completeness checking.
- Input data into systems and Excel.
- Assist with physical and digital document filing.
- Monitor claim status and support claim verification.
- Assist in preparing simple reports and data analysis.
- Communicate with internal teams, employees, and relevant external parties.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate from any major, preferably Administration, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
- Comfortable working with numbers and administrative tasks.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Generative AI or photo/video editing tools is a plus.
- Able to work with deadlines.
- Fast learner and adaptable to new environments.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Available to work full-time from office (Monday–Friday, 08.30–17.30).
- Available to commit to a minimum 6-month internship.
