Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team on-site. In this full-time, career-focused role, you will act as a strategic consultant to our leadership team, aligning business objectives with employees and management. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture and driving business success through effective people strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with business leaders to develop and implement strategic HR plans that support organizational goals. - Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure we have the right talent in the right roles at the right time. - Drive organizational development programs, including talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement. - Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation. - Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop proactive solutions to improve retention and productivity. - Foster a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing work environment. Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
- Strong expertise in Strategic HR Planning and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
- Demonstrated experience in Workforce Planning, talent acquisition strategy, and resource allocation.
- Proven track record in driving Organizational Development initiatives, including change management and talent development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to effectively partner with stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of labor legislation, employee relations, and HR best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification like SHRM-CP/PHR is preferred).
- Ability to work full-time on-site at our office location.
