Job Description
- Identify inefficiencies in HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management) and propose improvements.
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with company goals.
- Lead or contribute to strategic HR projects and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and L&D teams.
- Analyze and document current recruitment workflows to identify optimization opportunities.
- Support process improvements in job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Drive implementation of automation tools and best practices to improve HR efficiency.
- Support change management initiatives that impact people and HR practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a business partnering role.
- Proven experience in handling full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR functions and HR process improvements.
- Proven ability to manage or support cross-functional projects and drive organizational change.
- Solid knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR compliance standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in using HR systems and tools; familiarity with process automation is a plus.
- Agile, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced working environment.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
