Job Description

  • Manage and monitor the implementation of HR management development strategy initiatives for the short and long term and justify strategic improvement areas to ensure continuous performance improvements
  • Reviewing organizational development processes and analysis including planning employee needs that are in line with the Company's needs
  • Develop detailed task list for each job with the help on content expert. Delegate tasks, support/oversee completion of tasks, and evaluate job performance
  • Conduct Training Need Analysis & define training plan in respective area
  • Together with Manager to set the annual schedule of activities and their budgets, and to plan the allocation of tasks and activity specific budgets to other members of the team or Labor Trainers.
  • Develop, revise and implement custom and standard training packages including presentations, role plays, handouts, manuals, exercises, and other resource materials
  • Ensure that appropriate and timely counseling is given to trainees and labor trainer when progress and for performance is not up to standard do this through Function Leader.
  • Maintain training program for annual certification.
  • Implement and support learning programs that develop the talent in the organization
  • Track and report defined metrics that build accountability, measure results, and optimize the impact of the strategic talent management function

Requirements

  • Independent character with good personality, target oriented & creative mindset.
  • Overall knowledge and experience in general HR functions.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience in the Employee Benefits and/or Training Development process, Experience in IT Outsourcing Companies is preferred
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English and computer literacy
  • Time management skills.
  • Must Have deep knowledge of Employee Benefit product
  • Must be highly organized and work well in team environment
  • Must have excellent interpersonal relationship skills
