Job Description
- Do end to end recruitment in all levels.
- Manage all aspects of the hiring process including pre-screening, interviews, reference checks, offering and signing of employment agreements.
- Work collaboratively with hiring managers to determine their specifications and qualifications of what they are looking for from potential candidates.
- Use media social to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationship with candidates.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 4 years of full life cycle recruiting in a high volume environment and level.
- Have experience in tech recruitment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
