Job Description

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Compliance & Legal: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and health & safety regulations.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Administer payroll, manage BPJS, and oversee employee benefits programs.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • HR Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records, manage contracts (PKWT/PKWTT), and handle HR-related documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in HR generalist.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have the experience to working in IT industry will be an advantage
