Job Description
- Employee Management – Managing attendance, employment contracts, and labor law compliance.
- Industrial Relations – Understanding labor laws, BPJS (social security), and handling employee issues.
- Office Facilities & Inventory Management – Overseeing company assets such as office supplies, vehicles, and equipment.
- Communication & Negotiation – To interact effectively with employees and management.
- Administrative Management – Handling documents, records, and operational reports.
- HR Software Proficiency – Experience with HRIS systems (Sunfish)
- Discipline & Attention to Detail – Since the role involves handling employee data and company assets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree – Preferably in Management, Psychology, Law, or Business Administration.
- Work experience in HR & GA min 3 years
- Able to lead and manage Workday (HRIS) processes, ensuring the accuracy of the data and completing required tasks in a timely manner
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, COUNT, IF, Pivot Tables) in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
- Willing to be placed at Mall of Indonesia - North Jakarta
