Job Description

  • Handling recruitment process, compensation, and benefits, responsible for legal review for company agreements related to employment, partnerships, etc
  • Handling administrative duties and general affairs function
  • Assist in payroll preparation by compiling overtime data, attendance recap, leave, etc
  • Manage employee data collection (new employees, outgoing employees, annual leave employees, employees attendance, overtime, termination, benefits, and other recaps every month)
  • Supervise HR&GA team and outsource employee
  • Other duties assigned

Requirements

  • S1 Any Major (preferably: HR Management / Psychology)
  • Minimum 3 years experience as HR & GA Supervisor in Building Management
  • Able to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Have good communication, initiative, and accustomed to deadlines
  • Having good interview & observation skills
  • Able to join ASAP
  • Willing to be place in South Jakarta
