Job Description
A. Membantu proses administrasi dan tugas harian di tim assessment - I-Care
- Administrasi pra, pelaksanaan, dan pasca kegiatan assessment
- Verifikasi kelengkapan dokumen peserta/kandidat tes
- Arsip dokumen assessment (softcopy dan hardcopy)
B. Mengelola Data Assesment yang digunakan oleh Orang Tua Group
- Melakukan rekpitulasi dan input hasil penilaian ke databse assessment (tes personix HATS, HRDroom, dan skill tes)
- Memastikan kelenkapan data tes pada setiap peserta lengkap
- Update databse dan monitoring proses assessment kandidat
Requirements
- Minimal mahasiwa semeter akhir S1 jurusan Psikologi dengan IPK minimal 3,00
- Memiliki minat pada bidang HR
