
Job Description
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas following daily schedules and checklists.
- Change bed linens, replenish towels, toiletries, and guest supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in hallways, staircases, and service areas.
- Handle guest requests for additional items or services professionally and promptly.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored properly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow established health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
- Record and report any lost & found items.
- Assist with laundry duties and linen inventory when assigned.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments for efficient operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
- Able to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic understanding of English is an advantage.
