Job Description
Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?
- Address customer inquiries or issues regarding Erha/Dermies/Naturally Speaking products to ensure customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Analyze popular trends for promotional references in e-commerce and social media to enhance sales.
- Conduct live streaming sessions to promote products in an engaging, communicative, persuasive, and informative manner, providing customers with product knowledge and driving sales.
- Determine the flow and themes of live streaming sessions to make broadcasts more appealing, delivering product information and promotions to boost sales.
- Maintain positive relationships with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare sales reports from all sales platforms on a daily and monthly basis for performance evaluation.
Requirements
Does it match your criteria?
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- 1 year of experience in social media marketing or sales.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
