
Job Description
1.Host Live Sessions
- Present and speak confidently during live streams on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Shopee Live, or YouTube.
- Engage with viewers in real-time, maintain energy and enthusiasm throughout the session.
2.Product Presentation
- Showcase products in an attractive, informative, and persuasive manner.
- Explain features, benefits, usage, and pricing clearly to increase viewer interest and drive purchases.
3.Audience Engagement
- Interact with the audience by responding to questions, comments, and feedback during the stream.
- Encourage viewers to like, follow, share, and purchase products.
4.Content Strategy Support
- Provide feedback to the team on audience preferences and suggest improvements for future live sessions.
- Participate in planning and content creation for upcoming live shows.
5.Sales-Oriented Performance
- Achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets during live sessions.
- Monitor live stream performance metrics such as viewer count, engagement rate, and conversion rate.
6.Maintain Brand Image
- Represent the brand professionally and align with the company’s tone, values, and visual standards.
- Stay updated on current trends, competitor streams, and audience behavior.
7.Hourly salary. 6 working hours per day
Requirements
- Presentable and confident appearance, comfortable in front of the camera
- Prior experience as a live host, sales promoter, brand ambassador, or presenter is a plus
- Fresh graduates with strong public speaking skills are welcome to apply
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Able to engage, entertain, and influence viewers naturally
- Sales-Oriented Mindset
- Passionate about product presentation and customer persuasion
- Capable of driving online sales during live sessions

- Willing to work during flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or peak online traffic times
- Able to collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to plan and execute live shows
- Punctual, responsible, and committed to improving performance through feedback and training
