Job Description

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the restaurant industry.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Familiarity with the menu items and ability to guide customers in their selections.
  • Quick thinking and adept at resolving issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Understanding of food safety standards and regulations.
