Job Description
- Develop a roadmap and strategy for SMEs in expanding their business through an omnichannel platform.
- Build a knowledge and e-learning platform that could be an education center for SMEs.
- Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards
- Create training and education content such as curriculum, syllabus, and learning materials (text, audio, demo account, and quizzes) or articles, e-books, and magazines.
- Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content
- Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement
- Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements
- Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation
- Work with development and support leads to identify all documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine the best solution for data compilation and centralized storage
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in education/writing/learning/other related areas.
- Deeply understanding of the O2O retail business. Preferably have a background in the e-commerce industry.
- Acumen in online business operations including those related to Warehouse Management Systems and accounting and bookkeeping is a must.
- Outstanding writing skills (basic, business, and creative ways) to develop educational content.
- Has familiarity in software/web/LMS development (JS, HTML, CSS).
- Has good project management skills to manage various tasks simultaneously.
- Has experience leading and coaching people under her/him supervisory.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
