Job Description
- Design and implement an aggressive, data-driven sales strategy to grow market share across channels.
- Lead and scale a high-performance sales organization, covering area sales, key accounts, distributor management, and digital commerce operations.
- Set aggressive revenue targets, optimize incentive structures, and enforce performance accountability across all sales verticals.
- Build and manage strong partnerships with distributors, retail groups, e-commerce platforms, and key channel stakeholders to maximize reach and visibility.
- Drive sell-in and sell-out strategies, ensuring excellence in execution across both strategic accounts and field operations.
- Align cross-functional commercial plans with Marketing teams to optimize the 4Ps across channels.
- Synthesize cross-channel sales data, consumer trends, and competitive benchmarks into actionable growth strategies.
- Direct demand planning and inventory allocation to maximize ROI and reduce out-of-stock or overstock risk.
- Drive omnichannel retail excellence through trade activation, digital merchandising, UX optimization, and campaign execution.
- Champion new business development and retail expansion initiatives, including new distribution channels and regional penetration strategies.
- Deliver forward-looking sales forecasts, risk assessments, and revenue insights to the BOD
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership, preferably in beauty, personal care, or high-growth FMCG sectors.
- Proven track record of driving double/triple-digit sales growth, building scalable sales structures, and entering new markets or channels.
- Deep expertise in trade dynamics, commercial negotiations, e-commerce monetization, and channel profitability.
- Strategic thinker with operational agility—equally effective in driving execution across offline and online networks.
- Strong financial literacy with proven capabilities in P&L management, pricing strategy, and sales forecasting.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influence across principal-level partners, platforms, and cross-functional leads.
- Entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
Rahasia Beauty is on an ambitious growth journey, and we are seeking a high-impact, commercially aggressive Head of Sales to lead our revenue strategy. This is a senior leadership role for a proven sales driver who can build a sales engine from the ground up, scale teams, and deliver exponential growth across offline and online channels.
