Job Description
- Plan, execute, and evaluate sales and promotion activities
- Coordinate marketing initiatives with internal teams, faculties, and Corporate Communication
- Support product development analysis and provide recommendations to the Marketing Manager
- Build and maintain relationships with distribution channels and industry partners
- Monitor brand awareness, promotional effectiveness, and daily operations
- Collaborate on joint marketing activities and marketing surveys
- Evaluate sponsorship proposals, team performance, and distribution channels
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor's degree from any major
- Min. 2-3 years of experience as Senior Staff or Officer in Marketing area
- Has strategic thinking, analytical skills, and strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work in a fast-paced environment
