Job Description

  • Merancang, mengimplementasikan, dan mengawasi Sales Strategy di semua platform marketplace untuk mencapai target pendapatan.
  • Analyze market trends, sales performance, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead, manage, and develop the sales team to maximize performance and productivity
  • Memantau dan mengoptimalkan promotional budgets and advertising to increase ROI
  • Melakukan planning & analisa promosi bulanan: double date, payday dan reguler.
  • Membuat & Evaluasi KPI seluruh Sales Team.
  • Berkordinasi dengan RM Marketplace untuk peningkatan sales & traffic
  • Membuat Target Live Streaming dan Maintain Host Team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, especially in marketplace platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia).
  • Memiliki pemahaman digital marketing strategies, including marketplace ads and SEO.
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical mindset, and results-oriented.
