Job Description
Sales and Operations Management
- Oversee sales strategies and operations for all offline stores and online platforms (e.g., website, e-commerce platforms).
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Lead efforts to maximize profitability and ensure sustainable growth across all channels.
- Drive customer satisfaction by improving the overall shopping experience both online and offline.
Merchandising and Inventory Management
- Develop and execute merchandising strategies to optimize product placement and maximize sales.
- Monitor stock levels across stores and the warehouse, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely replenishment.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain inventory accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
Financial Management
- Take full accountability for the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the stores.
- Create and manage budgets, ensuring cost control across operations.
- Analyze financial reports and implement initiatives to improve profitability.
Marketing and Promotions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns to drive foot traffic, online conversions, and brand awareness.
- Plan seasonal promotions, product launches, and other marketing activities in line with business goals.
Production and Logistics
- Oversee the production process for merchandise to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Ensure smooth coordination between production, warehouse, and store operations.
Leadership and Team Management
- Lead and inspire a team of store managers, e-commerce specialists, and warehouse staff to deliver optimal performance.
- Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and grow professionally.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment between departments.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior retail or e-commerce operations role, preferably in merchandising or fashion-related industries.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including P&L management, merchandising, and warehouse logistics.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in managing e-commerce platforms and understanding of digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial and operational data.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for sports, especially football, is an advantage.
