The Head of Region is responsible for overseeing and driving the sales strategy within a specified geographical area. This role entails managing a team of sales professionals, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets while promoting the company's objectives and values.

- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Analyze regional market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for upper management.
- Participate in recruitment, training, and development programs for the sales team.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to market development.
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Sarjana) in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economic or a related field
- Proven leadership abilities and a strong understanding of regional sales dynamics.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role within the relevant industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated capability to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region and adapt to changing market conditions and organizational needs.
- Willing to be placed/transferred to all regions in Indonesia
