Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Project Manager (KOL Marketing) to lead and oversee all project management activities for our prestigious account. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of Project Managers, ensuring the successful execution of influencer marketing campaigns, and driving data-driven strategies to achieve exceptional results. This is a leadership position that requires a blend of strategic thinking, team management, and hands-on campaign execution.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Project Managers, ensuring they deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment to drive performance and professional growth.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns for the Unilever account.
- Ensure all campaigns align with brand objectives.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the account, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with clients, addressing their needs and providing strategic recommendations.
- Monitor all project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Identify potential risks and proactively implement solutions to mitigate them.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing and the KOL (Key Opinion Leader) industry.
- Leverage industry knowledge to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the KOL industry, with a proven track record of managing influencer marketing campaigns.
- Experience leading a team of Project Managers or similar roles.
- Strong data analytics skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Exceptional people skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to manage client accounts and build long-term relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and results-driven performance.
- Ability to think strategically and make decisions under pressure.
- Deep understanding of influencer marketing, KOL dynamics, and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with tools and platforms used for campaign management and data analysis.
