Job Description
- Manage company-wide Transformation Initiatives maintain alignment to strategic decisions and transformation mission
- Establish and manage enterprise program governance and methodology
- Manage and control organization’s resources and budget effectively
- Leadership & Stakeholder Alignment, adopt and adapt transformation through change management
- Business Monitoring and Intelligence, provide valuable business insight and ensuring benefit realization
- Continues Improvement, apply Lean Six Sigma methodology to improve performance, reduce process defects and waste
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or a relevant field. Master’s degree is a plus
- Min. 4-5 years experience in supply chain, business operations, process improvement, product management, and/or transformation projects
- Fluent in English

The laboratory is also certified by local and international certificate organizations. In providing products that have added value to consumers, GRP installs a Normalization machine, Ultrasonic Test, etc. This additional facility owned by GRP is the only one available in Southeast Asia.
