Job Description
- Create marketing plan related to business plan.
- Control all marketing budget requests and regularly reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director.
- Seeking innovative breakthroughs in marketing activities to contribute to the company's target achievement.
- Review reports on all marketing activities, analyzing both ATL & BTL activities, and conducting market research analysis.
- Establish each sub-department aligns with overall marketing objectives and performs effectively to meet departmental goals.
- Maintaining good relationships with internal and external third parties for the successful implementation of all marketing activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field. Master’s Degree is preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2-3 years in managerial or strategic roles, preferably in the FMCG industry (Food & Beverage).
- Strong understanding of the FMCG industry, market trends, consumer behavior, and competition.
- Solid skills in marketing planning and strategy, branding, product development, promotion, sales, and brand management.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, identify opportunities, and measure marketing performance.
