Job Description

Scope of work

·         Consumer Research

·         Integrated Marketing Communications (ATL and BTL) include Digital Marketing

·         Public Relation

·         In-Store Promotions

·         Partnerships

 

Job description:

·      Collaborate with research agency to conduct consumer research and ability to analyze result, then turns into insight and applicable initiative to build the brand.

·      Joint forces with creative agency to create a consumer-centric campaign, then media agency to build an IMC plan for flawless execution.

·      Strengthen our corporate image with help from PR agency to build yearly PR sustenance plan, including risk management and store opening celebrations.

·      Work with cross-functional team to create, drive and deliver a flawless and successful store promotion

·      Seek partnerships with payments providers and create partnership with brands, including product and branding collaborations

·      Hand-in-hand tight day-to-day counterpart interactions with marketing regional team to create best-in-class brand plans to deliver the business and marketing KPIs

·      Identify the latest trends and content topics affecting our industry

·      Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.

Requirements

·      Min. Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing or relevant field.

·      Min. 15 years marketing experience preferably in Retail or FMCG / Financial Technology / Start Up

·      In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics, ATL & BTL.

·      Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.

·      Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in marketing.

·      Excellent writing skills and fluency in English and other languages would be an added advantage.
