Job Description
- Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives to support the company's goals.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including infrastructure, systems, and networks.
- Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems and data.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT solutions meet business needs.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in IT.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field from a top university.
- 6-10 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.
- Experience with cloud services, virtualization, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Project management experience.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are a plus.
- Able to Work From Office (Yogyakarta)
