Job Description
- Leading HR Initiatives : Attract and retain top talent, improve onboarding and recruitment, boost productivity and improve employee engagement.
- Develop & improve functional management systems.
- Overseeing payroll.
- Aligning HR with business goals.
- Conducting performance evaluations.
- Reporting to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics.
- Tracking HR metrics.
- Following legal & compliances
Requirements
- Bachelor of Psychology, Law, Management or any major related
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in HR fields
- Fluent in English both in written and spoken
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and teaming skills
- Interested in gaming & esport will be a plus point
