Job Description

  1. Leading HR Initiatives : Attract and retain top talent, improve onboarding and recruitment, boost productivity and improve employee engagement.
  2. Develop & improve functional management systems.
  3. Overseeing payroll.
  4. Aligning HR with business goals.
  5. Conducting performance evaluations.
  6. Reporting to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics.
  7. Tracking HR metrics.
  8. Following legal & compliances

Requirements

  1. Bachelor of Psychology, Law, Management or any major related
  2. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in HR fields
  3. Fluent in English both in written and spoken
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal and teaming skills
  5. Interested in gaming & esport will be a plus point
