Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and delegate assignments from the Strategic Leadership Group to the appropriate divisions and managers;
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration within the Operational;
- Leadership Group to leverage any potential synergies between divisions;
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the Firm and taking a proactive stance to identifying and addressing challenges and opportunities;
- Managing the performance of the Operational Leadership Group, including disciplinary actions, incentives and promotions;
- Provide assessments and performance reviews of the members of the Operational Leadership Group;
- Managing the performance of the Operational Leadership Group;
- Managing the resource use of the Operational Leadership Group in accordance with the approved Operational Budget;
- Ensuring that the Firm reaches its goals and targets as set out by the Strategic Leadership Group;
- Ensuring a sustainable team of professionals fill the roles of the Operational Leadership Group; and
- Assist in the recruitment of members of the Operational Leadership Group.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration;
- 15-20 years of experience preferably in a management consulting or other professional services firm;
- Sound financial management capacity;
- Sound personnel management capacity and experience;
- Capacity to manage finances including risk minimization, compliance and reporting requirements;
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving;
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail; and
- Solid analytical and proactive problem solving abilities are essential;
- Team-player and personnel management;
- Organization and planning skills; good time management;
- Good negotiation and interpersonal abilities;
- Adaptability and collaboration;
- Judgment and decision making;
- High stress tolerance;
- Proficiency in English both written and spoken;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
