Job Description
- Direct and manage the availability of company Financial Report (internal and external), and all payment and auto debit process running well in accordance with applied SOP and regulation.
- To coordinate, to monitor and to control all budget expense with cost control/budget owner which then to be combined by business plan team to become a whole financial report.
- Responsible to manage and monitor any tax transaction and strategy.
- Develop divisional strategy, business plan, and budgetary.
- To give solution when there is a complaint regarding cashflow process.
- Plan, select, develop, coach, and evaluate subordinates to ensure productive and competent talent.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree, major in Finance & Accounting
- Working experience minimum 10 years in Finance & Accounting and minimum 3 years as a manager
- Big 4 company alumni with exposure in life insurance industry is preferable
- Have experience in IFRS 17
- Proficient in English
