Job Description
- The Head of Finance, Accounting, and Tax is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing and managing financial operations. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards while providing strategic financial guidance. Key responsibilities include managing financial performance, ensuring accurate reporting, supporting business growth through sound financial strategies, and leading and mentoring the finance team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in the consulting industry or professional services is a plus
- 7+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of accounting, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strategic mindset with a focus on execution
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
