Job Description
- Lead and oversee all financial activities, including accounting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
- Ensure compliance with PSAK and all applicable tax regulations
- Develop and implement effective financial SOPs and processes.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
- Identify and resolve financial issues proactively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
- Strong financial analysis skills (Budgeting, Forecasting, Cash Flow).
- Solid understanding of PSAK.
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Preferably has experience using Odoo ERP.
