Job Description
- Lead and coordinate all extrusion production activities on-site.
- Ensure production targets are met efficiently and effectively.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement among the team.
- Develop strategies to optimize production processes and manage resource allocation.
- Implement new product lines in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing or production environment with at least 1 years in a management role
- Experience with extrusion production processes and equipment
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of safety and quality control
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful production plans and strategies
