Job Description
- Manage a team of data scientists
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of projects
- Plan, schedule and manage the Data Science initiatives
- Develop and implement standards for data science code, models, experiments, documentation
- Familiar with ML Lifecycle and hands-on experience managing ML in production environments.
- Provide quality assurance and control of all Data Science research plans, methodologies and implementation of deliverables. Review and code-review the team's work.
- Comfortable in writing advanced SQL (Joins, Partition/Window functions, CTEs, sub-queries)
- Develop prototypes, blueprints, standards for the team
- Identify opportunities for improved decision making or business process optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Statistics, (Applied) Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar advanced degree is preferred
- Possess numerous of experience in applied Data Science, Quantitative Analysis, Statistical Analysis, or Modelling
- Comfortable in writing advanced SQL (Joins, Partition/Window functions, CTEs, sub-queries; fluency in Python and the core Python data stack (Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-Learn, SciPy, Matplotlib)
- Deep understanding of Data Science fundamentals and workflow e.g. algorithms, data structures, model selection and evaluation, model performance metrics, ensembling, and common pitfalls of machine learning.
- Excellent communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia and English)
- Great project management skills
- Highly curious, critical and motivated
