Job Description
What we are looking for someone who:
- Develop and execute creative strategies that enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Lead and mentor the Creative Manager, Graphic Designer, Videographer, Editor, and KOL to deliver high-quality, impactful content.
- Conceptualize, oversee, and execute short-form video content that aligns with the latest social media trends.
- Collaborate with the E-commerce & Ads teams to ensure creative assets are optimized for performance and conversion.
- Stay updated with trending formats, platforms, and viral content strategies to keep the brand relevant.
- Drive data-driven decision-making, using insights from campaign performance to refine creative strategies.
- Manage multiple brands simultaneously, ensuring consistency and uniqueness across each.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, influencers, and brand partners, to bring creative concepts to life.
- Oversee the end-to-end production process, from ideation to execution, ensuring high-quality output and efficiency.
Requirements
What we need from you:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a creative leadership role.
- Hands-on experience with short video content for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
- Proven experience in a Head of Creative / Creative Director / Senior Creative Lead role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in short video content creation.
- Deep understanding of branding, storytelling, and social media trends.
- Experience in a creative agency handling multiple brands is a plus.
- Ability to make data-driven creative decisions based on performance metrics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to inspire and direct a creative team.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work cross-functionally with E-commerce & Ads teams.
- Proficiency in design & video editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.).
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience in performance-driven creative strategy for e-commerce brands is a plus.
