Job Description
- Manage end to end commercial activities include KOL, Social Media, Marketing, Campaign, NPD, E-Commerce and B2C channels relationship
- Responsible for Commercial P&L and activities to improve brand power
- Build relationships with each parties and KOL to improve our good relationship between brand and parties
- Build short and long term plan for each function to reach company goal and consumer needs
- Creates, manages and implements media/marketing plans and programs, both short and long term, to increase revenues, awareness, market share, traffic and expansion of brand products.
Requirements
- Brings 6-10 years of experience (preferably from a leading consulting firm or high-growth internal strategy or skincare industry).
- experience in the same filed will be highly considered
- Demonstrates adept strategic thinking.
- Balances detail-oriented execution with strategic vision.
- Displays strong project management skills with good time management skills
- Possesses exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering connections across hierarchies.
- Excels in an organization and structured communication.
- Thrives within a dynamic, data-focused environment.
- Exhibits English proficiency.
