Job Description

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of central kitchen operations, including food production, quality, planning, procurement, finance, and supply chain.
  • Ensure efficient workflows, high-quality output, cost control, and food safety compliance across FMCG and RTE/RTD product lines.
  • Manage daily operations and team performance, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Own the facility’s P&L, set production targets, and develop capacity and scaling roadmaps.
  • Optimize processes through ERP systems, KPI tracking tools, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align production with business goals.
  • Drive innovation, process improvements, and root cause analysis to boost operational performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Food Technology or Manufacturing.
  • 7+ years’ experience in large-scale food production (central kitchen, QSR, catering), with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Bakery knowledge or experience is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Familiar with Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Proven track record managing multiline production (hot food, frozen, beverages) and owning full P&L or cost centers.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and experience with ERP/MES systems.
  • Capable of leading execution teams and implementing productivity measures.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and scaling experience (automation, new lines, capex).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and process improvement skills.
