Job Description
- Identify, negotiate, and close high-value partnerships with top-tier offline chains stores
- Develop a robust merchant onboarding pipeline and ensure our installment options are deeply integrated into the partner's checkout flow.
- Monitor competitor moves (pricing, promos, and product features) to ensure our installment product remains the preferred choice in the market.
- Drive GMV and transaction volume through creative co-marketing campaigns and merchant-funded promotions.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Business Development experience in consumer installment / paylater companies.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience handling commercial deals with large merchants.
- Strong analytical capability with a solid understanding of consumer lending unit economics.
- Target-oriented, growth-driven, and experienced in managing revenue/GMV KPIs.
