- Membuat dan mengelola konten yang sesuai dengan identitas brand perusahaan.
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim kreatif untuk menghasilkan ide-ide baru dan inovatif.
- Memantau dan menganalisis performa media sosial serta melakukan optimasi berdasarkan data.
- Selalu mengikuti tren terbaru agar konten tetap relevan, menarik, dan engaging.
Requirements
- Memiliki 3–5 tahun pengalaman dalam mengelola media sosial.
- Memiliki kemampuan storytelling dan copywriting yang kuat.
- Memiliki sense of design yang baik dan mampu menjaga konsistensi visual.
- Menguasai tools media sosial seperti Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, dan sejenisnya.
- Berpikir kreatif, detail-oriented, dan mampu menghasilkan konten berkualitas.
- Menyukai kopi dan memiliki ketertarikan pada industri F&B menjadi nilai tambah besar.
