Job Description
- Menerima dan menganalisa kebutuhan user Business Requirement Document (BRD) untuk improvement sistem HCIS
- Membuat report atas kebutuhan user setelah mendapatkan konfirmasi atasan
- Membuat dokumentasi BRD & log progress yang telah didiskusikan dengan user
- Melakukan User Acceptance Test (UAT) sistem sesuai BRD user, memastikan sistem yang baru sesuai dengan kebutuhan dari user
- Menganalisa permintaan user yang berkaitan dengan data karyawan
- Menerima dan melakukan perubahan user akses berdasarkan request penambahan atau perubahan parameter user dari matriks akses yang telah disetujui
- Melakukan penginputan data karyawan agar terisi dengan benar
- Membuat monthly report data statistic karyawan
- Mengupload FAQ atau pengumuman terkait HC mudah diakses karyawan melalui Aware
- Memonitoring SLA service desk untuk tiket yang ditujukan ke HC
- Menjalankan special project atas keputusan atasan
Requirements
- Pendidikan min. S1
- Fresh Graduate / min. 1 tahun di bidang yang sama
- Memiliki kemampuan pengoperasian komputer dan Bahasa Inggris yang baik
