- Melakukan proses pemenuhan kebutuhan karyawan
- Melaksanakan program training regional berdasarkan kebutuhan operasional
- Melakukan pengecekan payroll karyawan sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku
- Melakukan on-boarding kepada karyawan baru
Requirements
- Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang yang sama lebih diutamakan
- Bisa mengoperasikan Microsoft Excel
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikaşi dan negosiasi yang baik
