Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Have a strong knowledge in Human Resources Management and Personel Management skills
- Min. 3 years experiences as Supervisor / Jr. Manager
- Experience in developing HR policies and implementing HRIS
- Strong understanding of HR practices and regulations
- Excellent interpersonals and communications skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Experience in the IT and Telecommunication industry is a plus
