Job description :
- Carry out supervision and resolve problems in class (member complaints, waitlist problems, etc.) regularly
- Optimizing Class Schedule per Club to increase attendance rate and reduce the waiting list
- Ensure that Cardio, Strength, Dance, and Mind & Body Training Programs comply with applicable standards and procedures
- Ensure that the quality of instructors meets standards
- Prepare and remix music for the required Signature Program
- Conduct an overview of the GX Leader to ensure the Training Development process and other roles are carried out well.
- Create customized Signature Programs for GX Leaders based on Category
- Create a Training Plan for the entire Club with a Signature Program throughout FIT HUB Indonesia
- Conduct cost optimization and budget management on class cost
- Make a plan to create new instructors with good-quality
Requirements
- Have a minimum D3 education from any major
- Experienced in the Fitness Industry area as GX Group Exercise (Class) for at least 1 year
- Have sufficient knowledge about types and categories of gym/workout classes
- Has Basic DJ skill and making music remixes is preferred
- Having created a signature class program for the GX class is a plus
